Getting a Quote
There are many details that go into an accurate quote for your event. Some of the things we need to know include location of the venue, time window of the event, what type of service is requested, and if the event is indoors or outdoors are some examples of needed details. Site Visit
Your Wisco Waves event staff will always visit unfamiliar venues one month prior to your event to understand the layout and the vision you have so your event can be perfect.

We are always just an email or phone call away. If you have any questions or changes to your event, you can reach out any time of day and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

A Breath of Fresh Air
In a market with its fair share of vendors, we strive to be different and accommodating. Introducing, dynamic tipping. At no point ever do we require mandatory gratuity of any sort. The price in your quote is the final price for your event. However, if you choose to use this option, we have a tipping system in place for guests at your event. If someone wants to make a request or they simply think we are doing an awesome job, they can leave us a tip and 100% of that tip goes towards your final bill. Tips can be accepted in cash, venmo, or cashapp.
Moving forward with us
After We finalize everything you need for your event, we will send you a contract to sign with all of the details that we have discussed up to that point. If there is any music you wish to provide, details you would like to change, or add something to the event schedule, no problem! All additional changes or music requests must be given at least 1 month prior to the event to guarantee we have enough time to finalize all additions and make your event perfect.
